Kinetiflo Group Expands with Keen Pump Add-On

Kinetiflo Group has added Keen Pump Company as its third operating division, strengthening its footprint in the water and wastewater market.
Kinetiflo was formed when Continental Pump Company (est. 1946) and Integrity Pump & Motor (est. 2017) partnered to create a multibrand flow control platform. The addition of Keen Pump, based in Ashland, Ohio, expands Kinetiflo’s product suite into severe-duty grinder, submersible, and chopper pumps. Keen will continue to operate from Ashland.
From the earliest conversations, Compass Group found strong cultural alignment with Gregg Keener, Keen’s second-generation owner. Keener made a meaningful rollover investment alongside Compass Group and will remain actively involved in running the division.

Our customers are going to have more inventory, more expertise, and more of everything they need.”
Before investing in 2024, Compass Group spent nearly two years researching the flow control space, attending industry trade shows, and working alongside operators and advisors in the sector.
Since then, Kinetiflo has built out its leadership and systems, hiring a core executive team (CEO, CFO, sales leadership, and HR), implementing structured KPI reporting, expanding outbound sales, and integrating its divisions onto shared systems.
Alongside Pavlacic, the Kinetiflo deal team includes Ryan Roepke, Bobby Bryan, and Charlie Monroe.
