Compass Group Equity Partners recently announced it has partnered with management to recapitalize The Allied Group, a Healthcare Document Management and Life Science Kitting Company based in Providence, RI. The transaction allowed for a partial management transition and supports management’s plans to fund key strategic initiatives in support of the Company’s growth. The CEO, Bob Clement, along with the Allied management team will continue to guide and execute on the Company’s growth initiatives. Chris Gibson, Compass Group’s Managing Director responsible for the investment stated, “Management has built an impressive business and we’re proud to partner with the Allied team in support of their expansion.
