Tracy Moore joined Compass Group in 2025 as a Compass Guide for People & Performance. In this role, she partners with portfolio companies to develop scalable leadership and organizational strategies that strengthen company performance and accelerate value creation.

Before joining Compass Group, Tracy provided fractional, interim, and project-based HR leadership to a diverse range of organizations. She brings more than 20 years of experience helping companies optimize people operations, align HR practices with business goals, and drive organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about leading people strategies through growth, transformation, and transaction environments, including process optimization, executive coaching, and M&A integration.

Outside of the office, you can find Tracy playing pickleball, learning golf, or working in her garden.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Truman State University and an MHA from Saint Louis University. She also maintains her SHRM-SCP certification.
