Maureen Horgan

Senior Associate

Maureen Horgan joined Compass Group in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, performing due diligence, and evaluating and executing M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Compass Group, Maureen worked at Centene Corporation in the M&A department where she worked on transactions ranging from strategic minority investments to full acquisitions and divestitures, including corporate carve-outs. Maureen started her career at PwC where she last worked in the Deals practice, advising both private equity and corporate clients on financial due diligence.

Maureen received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Saint Louis University and is a current student at Washington University in St. Louis pursuing her MBA. She was a CPA in the state of Missouri (inactive license).
