Kevin Pavlacic joined Compass Group Equity Partners as an Associate in 2020. His responsibilities include sourcing, conducting company and industry due diligence, and evaluating and executing M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Compass Group, Kevin worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Robert W. Baird and Janney Montgomery Scott, where he provided executional and analytical support on a variety of M&A transactions. Kevin received his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
