Joe Mantovani

Joe Mantovani has worked with Compass Group since 2019, joining on a full-time basis in 2025. Joe is responsible for providing operational legal support to all Compass Group portfolio companies, including executing both new platform and bolt-on acquisitions and exits.

Prior to joining Compass Group, Joe was a Shareholder at Polsinelli PC, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

Joe is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross where he received a BA in History and Washington University in St. Louis where he received both his JD and MBA.
