Compass Guide, Strategic Marketing
Brad Fitzgerald joined Compass Group in 2023 as a Compass Guide focused on strategic marketing. In his role, he’ll partner with Compass Group’s portfolio companies to develop marketing strategies and teams as well as sharing best practices. Throughout his career, Brad has worked at agencies Weber Shandwick, Rodgers Townsend, and Elasticity, in-house at Purina leading digital marketing for the corporate strategic brand (@Purina), and leading marketing for tech startup RoverTown. Prior to joining Compass Group, Brad was a Vice President of Digital and Influencer Strategy and Global Practice Lead at integrated marketing agency FINN Partners where he developed propriety methods and processes for influencer marketing and helped both B2C and B2B companies establish their marketing strategies.
Brad played football at Truman State University and graduated from Webster University with a degree in marketing communications. Outside of work, Brad is a passionate outdoorsman and serves as the President of the Young Professionals Board at The Magic House, St. Louis Children’s Museum.
