Mason Oberg Promoted to Vice President

Compass Group is excited to recognize the well-deserved promotion of Mason Oberg to Vice President! Since joining the team in 2020, Mason has been a significant value-add across the portfolio. He currently partners with several portfolio companies, including FEWA, Hoist & Crane Service Group, and Endurant Disaster Recovery, helping to drive growth initiatives.

This past summer, Mason played a critical role in leading the efforts for a strategic bolt-on acquisition for FEWA. This investment, which added three locations across New Jersey and Delaware, significantly expands FEWA's regional footprint and helps position the company for future growth.

On top of his professional success, Mason is also celebrating a significant personal milestone: he recently became a first-time dad!
