Compass Group Partners with Parker Young and McCabe to Launch Endurant Restoration Platform

Compass Group has joined forces with two established mitigation and reconstruction service providers to form a leading provider in the disaster recovery space – Endurant Disaster Recovery.
The newly combined entity, operating under the Endurant brand, leverages the strengths of Parker Young Restoration and McCabe Restoration, encompassing approximately 150 employees and nearly 70 years of experience serving its customer base across the southeast United States. Ken Sussex, an industry veteran of more than 30 years, will lead the platform. DJ McCabe, owner of McCabe since 2004, will remain involved with this business and continue to focus on improving operations and driving revenue. In addition, the seasoned management team at Parker Young will continue to lead the business.

Endurant will maintain a focus on serving both residential and commercial clients, emphasizing responsiveness and quality. The strategic framework under Compass Group is designed to facilitate expansion through organic growth and targeted acquisitions, with an initial regional focus across the south and southeast.

Prior to the platform investment, Ken Sussex contributed his industry expertise to Compass Group’s thesis research for over a year and a half. The Restoration Deal Team includes Bobby Bryan, Maureen Dwyer, Mason Oberg, and Eric Tice. Red Door Wealth Management acted as McCabe's investment banking advisor, and G2 Capital Advisors advised Parker Young.
