Since joining us in 2022, Jonathan has been a driving force behind our business development efforts. He has played a critical role in deepening relationships and expanding our reach with intermediaries, industry executives, and business owners aligned with our thematic areas of interest, contributing to several new partnerships over the years.
Recognized as a 2025 ‘BD Professional to Watch‘ by Middle Market Growth, Jonathan delivers end-to-end impact across the investment lifecycle. He supports our deal teams from initial thesis development through the closing of platform investments and then helps source the strategic follow-on acquisitions that often fuel portfolio growth.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jonathan’s proudest milestone of the past year was his marriage to his wife, Shannon.
