Compass Group Announces Seven Promotions

Building the Compass Group team has been one of the most exciting parts of our growth. We are lucky and appreciative to have such a tremendous group of people who have achieved remarkable results, making an impact on our organization and our family of companies. Without every one of our team members, we wouldn’t be where we are today. It’s this understanding that fuels one of our Core Values: Everybody Matters. We acknowledge the significance of each person’s role within our team, recognizing their contribution to our collective success. As such it gives us great pleasure to announce a handful of well-deserved promotions:
Drew Croghan – AssociateAs a recent addition, Drew quickly showed he’s a solid contributor and great cultural fit. His abilities and strong work ethic are on display across the portfolio.
Cristobal Gonzalez – Sr. AssociateCristobal was new to PE and M&A when he joined Compass Group. He’s learned the trade and we’re excited to continue to see him grow.
Jonathan Babcock – Sr. AssociateJonathan has been a real driver of results in the BD function and we’re excited to see him take on a growing role.
Maureen Dwyer – Vice PresidentShe came to Compass with great M&A experience and has proven with her portfolio work and thesis development she is more than ready to make the jump.
John Hubert – DirectorJohn brought over a decade of experience with him when he joined Compass Group and immediately immersed himself in building strong relationships and driving portfolio companies forward by executing strategic initiatives.
Bobby Bryan – Managing DirectorHe’s a steady rock who brings years of experience on all sides of private equity, investment banking and portfolio management/operations.
Chris Gibson – Managing PartnerA role he’s been playing for a long time.
